Before I got a hold of Formula #7, these where some of the things I would do to make the feeling of derealization be easier to deal with. I did some of these things after taking Formula #7, not sure if they helped, but they sure didn't hurt.
- When you wake up in the morning, try not to talk to anyone for a good amount of time, if you can do it up to an half an hour or so, that would be perfect. Just wake up, get out of bed, go to the bathroom shower up and you should be good to go. Don't say anything your self either, just be alone for a bit.
- Keep your self busy! Do what ever you can do get your mind of the feeling of derealization. Find a new hobby, watch a movie (this helps a lot!).
- Join the gym! Do some intense cardio (as long as you are healthy, of course). Your brain will have to focus really hard and it will feel great physically and mentally.
- Don't sit at home, go out, party have a good time. Don't let the feeling control you. You need to convince your brain that you are ok to go back to normal.
- When ever you start thinking out of control, stop your self, calm your thoughts.
- When you look at something and you see the world looking fake, remind your self that everything around me, my self including, is real.
- Get lots of sleep. I found that in days when i didn't sleep well, the feeling was more intense.
- Sex! Just keep it safe, and there is never anything bad out of it! Makes you feel very good!
